Three years ago yesterday, this tiny book came out. And although I don’t talk much about my middle one (pun intended) this book is equally, equally special. Like many readers, it has taken me on a very personal and a very meaningful journey.

Those who don’t know, this book is an ode, a very naive attempt on mental health care, issues, those dealing with it and those around them too.
