Breaking Apart!

Somehow, I do not agree with people who keep saying that you are strong, that you can do it, you must not break down, even when you see the person in a state where he sees nothing but darkness. Forgive me, but I just cannot bring myself to say that you have no right in breaking down.

I feel, that we all have the right to break apart sometimes, fall to the lowest of your levels, shatter into as many pieces as you want, for only when you are at your lowest, do you realise that there is nowhere else to go but, somewhere above it.

Breaking apart could be wrong, only and only when it becomes a habit. So,

Break apart, cry, and then come back stronger – that is rejuvenation

A great write, indeed!! I like the idea of this ‘breaking apart’ or falling to one’s lowest levels. Since I personally came up from that ‘lowest’ level, I am not scared of losing positions or possessions!!

Absolutely. Holding up pent up emotions can do more damage. So letting them go will help one emerge stronger. Thanks for the quote. A beautiful one Moushumi 🙂

Oh breaking down can be therapeutic……it’s cathartic …… I second you 😊. I trained myself never to show my tears ……..and trust me till date I sometimes get hard on myself but showers are great places to shed your tears wash your face and move on🤗😝😜

Hahaha. I see more resemblance in us now.
Well, showers are really helpful when it comes to hiding our feelings and venting out at once. But that is the irony I am talking about. We as people have become so senseless today that we cannot accept someone breaking down, either we diminish them or we don’t consider their feelings. which is why people like us find places like bathrooms and rainy days to cry out and relieve the tears. Ummm, I don’t know, am I making any sense?

U totally are ……I get your point . Every one is ready to jump on to a judgement and my personal problem is pity …… empathising is fine but pls keep ur sympathy in your pockets ….now am I making sense🤔

Absolutely!! We don’t want pity. We don’t even want them to understand our problems and our feelings. All we want is an effort to just be there and not be all judgemental.

I used to walk in the rain and cry! It’s sadly beautiful or beautifully sad. Could be either 🙂 And it’s always nice to embrace every emotion, ain’t it.
