Anger Issues

Published by

There is a single question in my mind

To which my soul resides.

The question may have been artless

The answer to which for me is tactless.

Can anyone please tell me the truth?

How to deal with such anger disputes?

Anger is usually hurt and frustration in disguise. I’ve learned from my friend to stop instantly reacting as that never ends well for me๐Ÿ˜„. So now I try to wait as long as possible then confront the situation/person calmly and hope for the best ๐Ÿ˜„. But it can be useful too in motivating you to do some accomplishment that you’ve been told you couldn’t do etc too ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I see what you are trying to convey.
I will be honest here, I am not always really very good with anger, but I have had a lot of control over it since a few months, but when it reaches a level, that I feel useless and helpless, I really don’t know what to do. Because in my case, it is mostly, what you referred to it, ‘a disguise in hurt and frustration.’
So whenever i am angry to that level, I really stop talking to the person (mostly) and just go away, run away (may be like a coward) but then I do it as i know that if I don’t go away, I might say something which I should not have.
So basically I opt for hurting myself again.
(uughh what am I saying, am i making sense? I should just stop talking)

Very basic solution is start doing just 10 minute Yoga everyday anytime.. with calm music. & if you are free n take out some more time then go for 30 to 40 minutes meditation with calm music..

You will get results early. This will cure you from root… so any situation or circumstances will no more able to cause anger… & you will not need to calm down at that particular time..

I am a survivor of anger management issues. I maintained myself to the state of Hulk where I keep my anger contained until it bursts out into fury. Somewhere it is right, and somewhere not. But the best way to be emotionally agile is to see you emotion as a seperate entity. You emotions should not drive your actions, if you’re able to understand my concept. You must be aware of what you feel at a particular moment and how it should be handled in the best manner. The trick is to remember and forget the right things at the right time and move on. One day we will all be happy humans. ๐Ÿ˜€

Mmm.. for me I go through such moments quite frequently.. its a phase and a state of mind that is life-long. Only the degree varies when good things are above the bad ones or probably low ones. Important is to accept it as a part of life, as I choose to look at it.. and it moves with you as you grow with different variations. Sometimes we choose to speak with the person or many a times we dont know whether we should really be thinking the way we are.. is it really worth my serious thinking or anger! And if yes, we dont have a choice but to be courageous.
Lastly, wisdom doesn’t stop you to react, as I understand it ensures that you are aware, accept and come out of that state of mind quicker than the last time.
    Take care of yourself ๐ŸŒผ

The answer to this is simple enough for a poem –

“If the person is real and dear,
    The anger will soon disappear,

But if the person is dear but not real,
Anger will help a great deal”.

Wow….that was useless….but anyway, I have poured my 2 mins to make this up…I know I am dumb!!

Whenever confused, just remember Shit happens!!

Come on, who said anything about being dumb!
That was actually good, honestly. I could never do that in 2 minutes. In fact poetry is not, and can never be my thing.
But thank you for this, it sure;y helped.
