There is a single question in my mind
To which my soul resides.
The question may have been artless
The answer to which for me is tactless.
Can anyone please tell me the truth?
How to deal with such anger disputes?

This advice will be really different from others and maybe it can turn into a debate as to if this is a correct thing or not but I have dealt with many angry souls all my life and all i could tell them (even though they didn’t agree with me) was to lock yourself in a room or if you are outside then just isolate yourself from everything that is troubling you and even things that are not troubling you (because once you are in anger you get mad over each and every single thing) sit for a while take a few deep breaths and OVERTHINK. I know people don’t take overthinking as a good quality but that is because they don’t know the full procedure of overthinking. I actually wrote a whole blog on overthinking if you want to get to know more about it, do check it out. But, yeah that is my advice for getting over those anger issues. Overthink about the situation.. Let your mind wander and gradually you will find yourself stuck so deep in thoughts that you will even forget that you were angry.
Also, you can come to me if you are still struggling. I shouldn’t brag but I have helped people with anger issues before too, so maybe…😅. Otherwise best of luck.
Hi Astha I am so glad for your comment, not because it gave me a perspective but because it relates to how I like to deal with such situations.
This post may have been inpulsive, but most of the times, when I know that the anger is getting put of hand, all I try to do is ‘run away’ may be like a coward but I just go away from the thing, the person, situation and distract myself.
‘Overthinking’ comes at night though. But this going away thing helps, as I restrict myslef from saying things which I might later regret.
So a big thank you for such wonderful words.
I know it doesn’t comes suddenly, you just lose a piece here and than some piece there and all in once but i guess we all just need to learn how to forgive not to other but to ourselves also than only we can calmly look out for a solution…sometimes it’s just that we all need a private time with our thyself…Btw we can also use this anger power in some creativity naa!!!what say???
Thank you dear,
I think I’ll just run away for a while. (Just like a coward) But i’d do that for not wanting to say something that I’d later definitely regret.

Music does seem like a healthy advise.
